We have been in business for over three decades. From the beginning we have only sold direct to our international clientele.
Where are your skincare products formulated?
All of our products are formulated and produced in Switzerland as it has been since our beginning.
Are you part of a conglomerate involved in other types of business?
Skincare is our only business. The private ownership we have maintained for over two decades gives us tremendous advantages. Our major costs are for continuing research and utilizing the highest quality ingredients rather than expensive advertising.
Is there something unique about Skincare Suisse products?
Our research has shown that the skin responds best to a simple skincare regimen. The Swiss Skincare Classic as well as the Swiss Body Classic function on the principle of a simple, uncomplicated programme of external and internal care to maximize your skins' health.
Do I need different products for different skin types?
No. We all have combination skin-types in varying degrees over the face therefore a properly formulated skincare regimen is all that is needed.
Are Skincare Suisse products allergy-free or hypo-allergenic?
There is no such thing as a totally allergy-free product. "Hypo-allergenic" is a coined word implying allergy-free. It is used since the FDA does not permit "allergy-free". The principle allergen in skincare products is perfume/fragrance and coloring agents which we do not use.
What do you recommend to minimize the aging process of the skin?
Proper nutrition, exercise, adequate water consumption and daily use of a quality skincare regimen including cleansing and application of a moisture lotion for water retention and protection.
What about skincare for men?
The same principles of skincare exist for a man's skin as that of a woman's skin. A man's skin tends to be a bit more oily therefore less moisture lotion is required. In addition it would be better for the health of a man's skin to use a quality cleansing lotion rather than commercial shaving cremes and soaps.
What about the body skin?
There is a tendency among too many to think only of facial skincare rather than the total body skin. To keep the body skin attractive and youthful choose a simple regimen (as with facial care) with a mild light cleansing product that does not excessively strip away the natural oils. This to be followed by applying a light moisture retention lotion that will not clog the pores and is fragrance-free.
What foods are good for the skin?
Nourish your body inside and out with fresh fruits and vegetables for antioxident vitamins E,C and beta carotene. Include adequate water consumption.
Do seasonal changes affect how I care for my skin?
It is most important to realize we are exposed to dryer conditions in winter than in summer, therefore a skincare regimen of cleansing followed by generous application of a quality moisture lotion is needed. The same principle applies for body skin including adequate water consumption. There are no special problems for summer except the necessity for sun protection from a quality creme sans PABA. SPF 8 is adequate along with the proper daily skincare regimen.
How many products will I need?
We recommend the Swiss Skincare Classic for your face and the Swiss Body Classic for your body, utilizing the products interdependently: Two in each of the Regimens. Also, for extreme conditions, use our Anti-Aging Crème Hydratante.

Orders are shipped from the USA and our distribution office in Europe.
US Priority Mail or Ground Advantage within the US takes 2-5 business days.
Order shipped from Europe by Deutsche Post take 5-7 business days.
How are your products packaged?
Simplicity, without excessive packaging. Our products are packaged in a new, non-reactive plastic referred to as PET (Polythylene Terephtalate) and SAN (Styrene Acrylonitrile resin) which functions as if it were inorganic.
Our facial cleansing and facial moisture lotion are now packaged in high quality airless containers.

What if I am unhappy with the products, may I obtain a refund?
If after 60 days you find that there has been no improvement in your skin you may return the unused portion for a full refund.
